Going Through The Process: Once we have identified your new home we will move to the offer process.  I will guide you on how much to offer, earnest money deposit, and any other conditions of the offer we decide are necessary.  We will discuss the value of an inspection, timelines from offer to close and everything that needs to happen in between.  I will be with you every step of the way!
